El perqu\u00e8 d&#8217;un \u00e8xit\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El passat 5 de mar\u00e7 ha tingut lloc la jornada &#8220;La ind\u00fastria de l&#8217;autom\u00f2bil. El perqu\u00e8 d&#8217;un \u00e8xit&#8221;, organitzada conjuntament pel <strong>Cercle d&#8217;Economia<\/strong> i el <strong>Pacte Industrial de la Regi\u00f3 Metropolitana de Barcelona<\/strong>. L&#8217;objectiu de la jornada ha estat que experts i actors del sector de l&#8217;automoci\u00f3 debatessin sobre el sector i la seva evoluci\u00f3 en una taula rodona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ant\u00f3n Costas<\/strong>, president del Cercle d\u2019Economia, ha destacat que Espanya \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic pa\u00eds de la UE que no ha tancat cap planta d\u2019automoci\u00f3 en els darrers anys. &#8220;Alguna cosa bona es deu haver fet&#8221;, ha subratllat. Segons Costas, &#8220;tot i que es tracta d\u2019una ind\u00fastria madura, ha demostrat que \u00e9s la que major capacitat constant d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 t\u00e9&#8221;. El president del Cercle d\u2019Economia ha defensat que la ind\u00fastria ha d\u2019estar vinculada a la innovaci\u00f3 i tenir-la a prop f\u00edsicament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El president del Comit\u00e8 Executiu del Pacte Industrial i alcalde de Viladecans, <strong>Carles Ruiz<\/strong>, s\u2019ha referit a la import\u00e0ncia del sector de l\u2019autom\u00f2bil, que amb els canvis que s\u2019estan produint en l\u2019economia i el consum, &#8220;cada vegada \u00e9s m\u00e9s canviant i incorpora m\u00e9s tecnologia i diversitat, i a m\u00e9s \u00e9s un sector molt r\u00e0pid a l&#8217;hora d\u2019incorporar aquests canvis, i d\u2019\u00e8xit&#8221;. Ruiz ha remarcat la pot\u00e8ncia de Catalunya en log\u00edstica i innovaci\u00f3, i en aquest sentit ha apuntat la necessitat d\u2019apostar per les tecnologies transversals. Per Ruiz, la millor pol\u00edtica industrial \u00e9s la inversi\u00f3 en educaci\u00f3 i ci\u00e8ncia, ja que \u00e9s la garantia per seguir incrementant la productivitat a la ind\u00fastria i garantir la seva continu\u00eftat. El president del Comit\u00e8 Executiu tamb\u00e9 ha explicat que el Pacte Industrial &#8220;\u00e9s la veu de l\u2019industrialisme a Catalunya&#8221; des de la seva fundaci\u00f3 l\u2019any 1997, tot i que hi ha hagut moments en qu\u00e8 semblava que altres sectors tenien molta m\u00e9s tirada. &#8220;Sempre hem volgut fer una feina que tingui sentit&#8221;, i en aquest sentit Ruiz ha citat els darrers estudis sobre els sectors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacteindustrial.org\/public\/docs\/notebooks\/b89b9d75c50f94137ee56078cf21d149.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">construcci\u00f3<\/a>&nbsp;i&nbsp;de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacteindustrial.org\/public\/docs\/notebooks\/3826b1446f0f42b894530742a7e7de78.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">autom\u00f2bil<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Els reptes de futur del sector<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vicen\u00e7 Aguilera<\/strong>, president del Cl\u00faster de la Ind\u00fastria d\u2019Automoci\u00f3 de Catalunya (CIAC), ha identificat els reptes del sector: reducci\u00f3 de les emissions i millores en la mobilitat, seguretat i connectivitat del vehicle. Aguilera ha destacat que Catalunya fabrica 600.000 vehicles anuals (el 25% del total espanyol) i el 30% de la producci\u00f3 de components. &#8220;Catalunya \u00e9s un punt de refer\u00e8ncia a Espanya i a la UE. A nivell mundial som petits, per\u00f2 hi som&#8221;, ha assenyalat. El president del CIAC ha remarcat que Catalunya &#8220;\u00e9s una refer\u00e8ncia perqu\u00e8 aqu\u00ed es fa R+D. \u00c9s l\u2019\u00fanic lloc d\u2019Espanya on les f\u00e0briques tenen centres tecnol\u00f2gics associats: els centres t\u00e8cnics de SEAT i Nissan&#8221;. &#8220;Cada treballador del Centre T\u00e8cnic genera 50 llocs de treball indirectes&#8221;, ha afegit. Per Aguilera cal integrar m\u00e9s la cadena de valor del sector a Catalunya: &#8220;Catalunya fabrica un ter\u00e7 del valor total del vehicle. Es pot incrementar aquest percentatge. Ant\u00f3n Costas, Vicen\u00e7 Aguilera i Ciriaco Hidalgo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva part, <strong>Joaquim Coello<\/strong>, membre del Grup de Treball d\u2019Ind\u00fastria del Cercle d\u2019Economia, ha insistit en la necessitat de seguir incrementant competitivitat. \u201cCal actuar amb pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques sobre la log\u00edstica com a variable clau de reducci\u00f3 de cost de les f\u00e0briques i d\u2019exportaci\u00f3 del producte acabat\u201d, ha apuntat. Coello tamb\u00e9 ha insistit que les pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques s\u2019han de centrar en la formaci\u00f3. L\u2019any 2000, ha detallat, el 26% dels treballadors de la ind\u00fastria de l\u2019autom\u00f2bil no tenia formaci\u00f3, l\u201911% eren titulats universitaris i el 19% titulats en FP. L\u2019any 2010 els no qualificats havien baixant fins el 13% i els universitaris havien augmentat fins el 17%. \u201cLa formaci\u00f3 universit\u00e0ria \u00e9s important i la FP, en aquest sector, \u00e9s clau. I aquesta \u00e9s precisament una de les mancances significatives a Espanya\u201d, ha puntualitzat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La import\u00e0ncia de la formaci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la taula rodona tamb\u00e9 han estat presents representants de SEAT i Nissan, marques automobil\u00edstiques amb f\u00e0briques a la Regi\u00f3 Metropolitana de Barcelona. Per <strong>Ciriaco Hidalgo<\/strong>, gerent de Relacions Governamentals de SEAT-Volkswagen Espanya, el sector de l&#8217;autom\u00f2bil tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un sector madur, &#8220;per\u00f2 no obsolet. L\u2019\u00e8xit del sector \u2013ha prosseguit\u2013, es basa en la innovaci\u00f3, les persones i la productivitat&#8221;. Hidalgo ha destacat que SEAT dedica 13 MEUR a formaci\u00f3 i ha defensat el model de formaci\u00f3 dual que aplica l\u2019empresa, amb l\u2019Escola d\u2019Aprenents al capdavant. Per Hidalgo cal una pol\u00edtica industrial &#8220;ambiciosa i atractiva, orientada clarament a la innovaci\u00f3, la tecnologia i la formaci\u00f3&#8221;. I ha afegit que aix\u00f2 nom\u00e9s es pot fer amb una alian\u00e7a estable i s\u00f2lida entre les administracions p\u00fabliques, les empreses i els sindicats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Noem\u00ed Moya<\/strong>, m\u00e0nager de Relacions Institucionals i Governamentals de Nissan Motor Ib\u00e9rica, ha explicat que la bona situaci\u00f3 actual de la f\u00e0brica de la Zona Franca despr\u00e9s d\u2019uns anys complicats s\u2019ha produ\u00eft gr\u00e0cies a un &#8220;canvi d\u2019actitud despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un per\u00edode molt complicat&#8221; i una &#8220;estrat\u00e8gia de creixement sostenible&#8221;. &#8220;De la superviv\u00e8ncia hem passat a una estrat\u00e8gia de creixement sostenible basada en la competitivitat, la flexibilitat, el talent i la innovaci\u00f3&#8221;, ha detallat.
