The Mayor of Viladecans and Secretary of the Pacte Industrial, <strong>Carles Ruiz<\/strong>, and the Managing Coordinator of the Pacte Industrial, <strong>Carles Rivera<\/strong>, presented the award to <strong>Magdalena Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>, the author&#8217;s colleague, who accepted it on her behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other winners included <strong>Nour Chams<\/strong> for the category of &#8216;Innovative systems and policies&#8217; and <strong>Berta Vidal<\/strong> for the category of &#8216;Metropolitan development programme&#8217;; both are from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
