The aim of this paper is to present reflections and ideas that help local economic development managers and economic agents to create and drive support services in innovation in business service centres for companies located in our business parks. The project sets out two new models of configuration to enable business parks to respond to the current challenges derived from the transformations of the productive, energy and mobility models. Following this, an analysis is made of the Catalan R&D scheme, indicating the need to reinforce the interrelation between the knowledge system and the production structure, and the proposal for a service brochure is presented that would facilitate the progression in innovation for companies in our business parks. Finally, a section on benchmarking presents a whole series of cases that can serve as reference points in order to promote some of the services proposed.
